Ray Kappe Home & Studio - designed by Ray Kappe (1965). The massive concrete structures on the left and right are two of six that establish the foundation for the Kappe House. These supports permit a small stream to flow under the house, enabling the construction of this house on a lot previously considered unbuildable.
