Duncan House

The Elizabeth & Dan Duncan House is a 1957 Erdman Prefab that Wright designed to be constructed in significant numbers at reasonable prices. Marshal Erdman owned the company that manufactured these houses. The Duncan House was relocated from Lisle, Illinois to Polymath Park.
