Polymath Park
Only two homes were built at Polymath Park, the Balter House and the Blum house, both designed by Peter Berndtson.
The property was owned by the Balter and Blum families until 2003 when it was purchased by Tom and Heather Papinchak. The Papinchaks played a major role in saving two Frank Lloyd Wright homes (the Duncan House and the Lindholm House) from destruction by disassembling them, moving them to Polymath Park, and rebuilding them.
