The Philtower Building, Edward Buehler Delk, Architect - 1928. The Gothic Revival building was financed by oil man Waite Philips. In 1941 Phillips deeded Philtower and Philmont Ranch to the Boy Scouts of America. The Tower is now home to luxury condominiums.
