• We made a pilgrimage to Abingdon, Virginia to see 'Shaping the Earth: Iron Mountain Stoneware of Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee', a special exhibit at the William King Regional Arts Center. Out of business since 1992, Iron Mountain Stoneware artisans crafted the pottery we have used since we were married in 1976.
